ON "SCHOOLING LIST"

Two of the misbehaved horses at the recent Wellington Meeting have been placed ou the "schooling list" as from tho beginning of this week, and are now ineligible to race in flat races. The scapegoats are Kotaki Eka and Stanchion. One or two others have probably been lucky.-

Kotaki Eka lias undoubtedly had all the chances he deserves. He was accepted for the Foxtou Meeting, but as his incapacity dates, from prior to the acceptance, his connections will probably escape having to pay for that fee. Stanchion is making his second appearance on the "list," and it is very unlikely that ho will get off again now till ho has faced the hurdles in all seriousness.
