AGITATION IN RUSSIA
JAPANESE OFFER
TO BUY FAR EAST SIBERIA
, LONDON, July 1. \ The Moscow correspondent of the "Manchester- Guardian" says that there is considerable agitation, over Japanese Press suggestions that the Soviet might sell not only the Chinese Eastern Railway, but also the Vladivostoek maritime province and North Sakhalicn. ;
The "Isvestia" declares that Soviet territory is not for sale. It suggests that veiled pressure is being exercised in an' effort to lower the price of the Chinese Eastern Railroad. '
