IMPORT QUOTAS
RUMANIAN SCHEME
BUCHAREST, July 1.
Rumania has established an import quota, scheme, empowering the Minister of Commerce to levy additional taxation of 50 per cent, on imports from countries similarly taxing Rumanian exports. The fund thus created will be used to maintain agricultural prices and facilitate tho transport of exports.
