Mr. Aney, Acting-President of Congress, is duo at Poona tomorrow to see Mr. Gandhi, whoso progress towards recovery is slow. The doctors havo banned his taking part in political discussions. As a result, Mr. Aney, in tho absence of guidance from Mr. Gandhi, will rceoinmend extension of the suspension of civil disobedience.
