WAIKATO PRICES.

A feature of the stock sale at the Franktori saleyards this week was an increase in values for Bheep. At the beginning o£ the sale prices were only slightly iv advance of those ruling last week, but wethers finally showed an increase of 8s a head, and ewes ss. Fat lambs came forward in good numbers .and values for these also showed a.decided increase on late quotations. Ox beef was penned in average numbers, the market easing slightly on last week's fates. Quotations for cow and heifer beef were unaltered. One truck of prime quality cows averaged £4 12s. There was a smaller yarding of fat and store pigs, and values for' all' classes were practically unchanged.
