CALCUTTA, June 5. ' The tremendous agitation which has been worked up in England by the "diehards," led ■by . Mr. Winston Churchill against the Indian reforms, outlined in the famous White Paper is not taken seriously in India, where all thinking sections of the community know that the alternative to a further advance in the Constitution would be a fresh outburst of Nationalist activities. The situation "would be then far worse than any envisaged as the result of the White Paper Constitution containing the safeguards it does.
