LEAGUE AND JEW MINORITY
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 27. At a meeting of the Council of the League of Nations this morning to consider Herr Bernheim's petition on tho treatment of Polish Jews in German Upper Silesia,' the German delegate, Herr yon Keller, refused to accept a report by tho Irish Free State delegate, Mr. Lester. It was agreed that an amended report be submitted on Monday morning when the Council meets again.
