FULL COURT DECISION

' SYDNEY, May 26. '. The Full. Court unanimously refused tho application for an injunction in regard to the validity' of the recent referendum concerning the reform of the Upper House. The Court announced that it would give reasons next week. ' Mr. E. J. Loxton, K.C., intimated his intention of taking the case to the High Court of Australia, and asked tho Court- to continue the interim injunction. , Mr. Justice Harvey replied: We do not think there is sufficient substance, in your "application to continue it. Ho then announced: Tho Court unanimously dismisses the application for an injunction. Wo will givo our reason next week.
