YORKSHIRE WIN AGAIN

TATE TAKES NINE FOR 50

(Received May 27, Ip.m.) -■'", LONDON, May 20. In tho county cricket competition Yorkshire maintained their unbroken run of outright wins, this time defeating Glamorgan. Centuries by Barber and Mitchell, both unbeaten, and a fine bowling performance by Bowes in Glamorgan's second innings, were largoly responsible for Yorkshire's victory. Sussex gained a smashing win over Somerset, whoso chief stumbling blocks were Tate-'and James Langridge, All told, Tate, took nine wickets for 50 runs, and James Langridge registered a fine double. Derbyshire, with Mitchell again bowling effectively and -Lee in form with tho bat, had an easy win, j as did Essex, Warwickshire, and Lancashire. Full wins were recorded in all matches.
