TOKIO, May 6. ']- Interviewed at Dairen, Marshal Muto, the Japanese Commander-in-Ohief in Manphuria, Bcouted the idea of war with' Russia. He said Japan's hands, were full with agricultural, industrial, and transport improvements. "But if Russia takes a wrong direction, or anyone interferes with the creation of this important base for peace in Asia," he said, "we are prepared to defend our rights." :. It is reported at Kobe that the Russians haVe offered to sell the Chinese Eastern Railway. Further discussions are expected. l
