United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 11, noon.) BERLIN, April 10. The tension between Germany and Poland- is growing. The newspaper "Borsen Zeitung" heads its reports of anti-German demonstrations in Polish towns with "Poland Incites to War," and demands-sharp action. The Government has instructed its Minister at Warsaw to protest against the excesses and demand protection for Germans. A Warsaw message states that the Young Jews' organisation at Lodz wrecked the offices of the German newspaper "Freiepress" and smashed the windows of the German Consulate.
