The Evans Bay Yacht: and Motorboat Club's,pennant, for first-class keel-' yachts ;was Cwpn. by the Atalanta (Messrs. 8., Tonks and A. McCrorie), which, was promoted at the beginning of .the season.a'ft'er ; :winning -the"-second-' class pennant* last year. ' The Nanette. (Messrs. R. Inns; arid J. Maddeve'r) won the:second-class pennant, and the Betty (Messrs. '' A. Johnston arid W. S; Wagstaff) annexed the Rona-Jellicoe 'class pennant,, thus proving herself the fastest boat of her type in Wellington. The Kio II .(Messrs. J., Bolland and 1\ Fogelberg) won the first-class, centreboarders' pennant for the fourth year in succession, and Messrs. Robertson Bros/ Rob Roy won the second-class centreboarders' '-pennant. : The other pennants were wori as follows: 13ft and under class, the Idle-Along boat, Colleen (Mr.C; Thomas);: by a narrow margin from the Takapuna boat Pamfino; launches, Mr. R. Purrant's Felix; TauI ranga' class, Mr. G., Grover's Wendy. '
