LANCASHIRE CRICKET
DEMPSTER OPEN TO OFFER
LEAGUE UNABLE TO ACT
(Received April 6, 10 a.m.) LONDON, April 5. The Lancashire County Club asked the Central League to notify clubs that C. \S. Dempster, the New Zealand cricketer, was willing to' consider an offer for the 1933 season.
The League replied that it was unable to act, as all the clubs had made professional arrangements.
