The final scores in the principal trophies I competed for by members of the Hautere j Rifle Club this season are as under:— . J Champion Belt.—A. Thomson, 918; V. Cottle, 918; C. Strom, 885; L. Lumsden,! 878; H. Lumsden, 863; C. Morgan, 844; R. Pullman, 818; D. Judd, 737. This is the first time that there has been a tie in the belt competition since its inception. Five shots at 600 yards were firedto decide, resulting in A. Thomson winning by one point from V. Cottle, by 22 to 21. Cook Cup Handicap, 300, 500, and 600 yards.—A. Thomson, 392 (winner 1933); L. Lumsden, 390; S. Lumsden, 386; V. Cottle, 385; K. Pullman, 378; C. Strom, 371; C. Morgan, 368; D. Judd, 350; H. Lumsden) 347. Vickers Cup Handicap, 600, 800, and 900 yards.—H.
