COURT OF APPEAL
Legal argument is being continued in the Court of Appeal today before Mr. Justice Reed, Mr. Justice MacGregor, and Mr. Justice' Smith in the case in which the National Bank of New Zealand, Ltd., and Dewpsy and Litchfiehl, public accountants, of Palmcrston North, are appealing against a.decision of Mr. Justice Ostler in favour of the Traders' Finance Corporation.
Mr. A. H. Johnstone, of Auckland, with Mr. H. Cooper, of Palmerston North, appear for the appellants, and Mr. E. M. Grant, of Auckland, for the respondent corporation.
A further slight improvement was reported today in the condition of Miss Marjorie Morris, who was injured in the motor accident at Island Bay on »ighi. ■ _1_
