(By Tetenraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, March 31. The retrial of Nurse Elspeth Kerr on three charges of administering poison ended tonight, when the jury disagreed after a retirement of five and a quarter hours. A third trial was ordered. Accused was released on bail in a bond of £500.
