It is authoritatively stated that the text now published ia some newspapers lof the so-called Pour-Power Plan represents the first tentative draft produced for discussion by Signor Mussolini at tho Home meeting with Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald and Sir John Simon. It docs not fully correspond with tho toxt which tho British Ministers took to Paris and discussed subsequently with the Trench Minister. As tho project is still under activo discussion and examination in respective capitals it cannot at present bo said to exist in any dofinito form.
