BLOCKED ROADS
The Auckland Automobile Association has received reports from its agents and the Public Works Department that roads in tho King Country have suffered heavy damage, and that the motor roads between Te Kuiti and Taumarunui and from Taumarunui to Ohakuno -are blocked for traffic indefinitely. It is anticipated that clearing operations will take a week.
