BROKEN BYLAWS
Offenders against the bylaws were dealt with at the Magistrate's Court yesterday by Mr. J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M. For failing: to repair a water service Samuel L. Gilmer was fined £1. Maurice Baker and Jack Murray were each fined 10s for breaches of the parkin" regulations. Fines of 10s in each case were imposed on •JVilliafh Harvey and Walter A. Butt, for failing to have rear number plates illuminated. %
■ Andy Clouston and Frank Stewart were each convicted and ordered to pay costs for negligently, riding bicycles. Evangeliue Dodd and John Harrison were each convicted and ordered to pay Costs for using unregistered eating houses Marshall Gregory, Albert Prince, and Joseph vy. Watson were each fined £1 for speeding. : For failing to have a motor vehicle properly lighted after dark, Allen Ingle was fined £1.
For failing) to produce his drivers' licence, Kenneth Craig was fined £1.
