TREATY NOT INFRINGED
REPLY TO FRENCH PROTEST}
BERLIN, March 14,
The Trench Ambassador called on ths Foreign Minister, Baron yon JTeurath, and protested against the JTazi occupation of the Kehl barracks. Baron yon jNTcurath declared that the protest was unfounded, as thp Versailles Treaty had not been infringed; precautions were merely taken for the maintenance of order. '
