A. W. Carr, captain of stated that if jiecesgary Larwood and Voee would certainly bowl leg theory this season. "I intend to have six legtraps for Larwood. Batsmen may be bruised, but that happens against most fast bowlers."
Carr admitted that he disliked the leg theory. "I frankly hate to bat against it," he said, "but a captain's duty is to win matches:"
The critic Carson considers that the public will revolt if players are injured.
