JOHNSONVILLE CLUB
The Johnsonville' Eugby Football Club was congratulated on a successful year by Mr. A. A. Moore, who presided at the annual meeting last week. The club won tliSj sixth grade competition and provided the runncrs-up for the fourth grade. Among those who gained •representative honours were the following:—A.. Kenny, senior A team; A. Kenny, H. E. Chancy, L. Golding, and A. Craig, senior B team. Twenty-one new members wotc elected. It was decided to open, the gymnasium for training on March 21. ■The following officers were elected:— President, Mr. A. A. Moore; additional vice-presidents, Mrs. Gordon, Messrs. Martin Curran, M. H. Hunter; club captain, Mr. A. L. Eichardson; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. H. L. E. Peryman; assistant hon. .secretary, Mr. G. Halliday; management committee, Messrs. E. Burns, H. E. Chancy, E, Grant; F. Jacobs, H. D. Morgan, M. Turner, H. McKenzie, W. Sowerby; social committee; Messrs. 5. Angell, A. Harrisson, S. Jfossiter, E. Powell, E. Richards, J. Renner; delegates to W.E.F.U., Messrs. F. C. Jacobs, H. D. Morgan, and A. L: Eichardson; gymnasium trustees, Messrs. F. C. Jacobs and H. D. Morgan; hon. auditor, Mr. C. B. Eichardson.
