CHINESE MINISTER
WITHDRAWN FROM TOKIO
LONDON, January 25.' The Peking correspondent of "The Times" states that Chinese official telegrams state that tho Chinese delegation at Geneva telegraphed to Nanking suggesting that the Chinese Minister at Tokio be withdrawn. The Chinese Government instructed 'the Minister, Mr. Chiang Tso-Pin, to leave Tokio. .
