A MARKED SUCCESS
(By Telegraph.—Press Awioeiatibn.) : WANGANUI, February 26. Wanganui's Carnival Week, which has been a marked success, concluded on Saturday evening with a procession, a fireworks display, and other attractions. In spite of rain setting in, 12,000 people ati tended at the Tacecourse grounds.
