WEDDING
WATSON—FERGUSON. The marriage took place recently in Taranaki of Raymond Charles, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Watson, Wellington, and Dorothy, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Ferguson, Stratfoid. Tho bride, who was escorted by her father, wore an ivory satin frock with long sleeves and close-fitting bodice. Tho panelled skirt fell into a full flare at the back. A dainty veil, which formed a train, was worn off the face and caught at each side of the head with orange blossom. A sheaf of St. Joseph lilies was carried. The two bridesmaids, Misses Dorothy Watson (sister of tho bridegroom) and Marjorie Ferguson .(sister of tho bride) were dressed alike in maize-coloured angel-skin lace. Small hats, finished with autumn-tinted , flowers and a side bow, were worn, also ' mittens to match. They carried maize | georgette muffs crossed with sprays of i gladioli to tone with hats.' Mr. L. Wat-' son acted as best man, and Mr. Jack I Ferguson was groomsman. i A reception was held at the Windsor Tearooms, the bride's mother receivingl the guests in navy coat and brown hat. i Her posy was of African marigolds. Tho bridegroom's mother was also present, wearing Lido diagonal coat with cape collar and blue hat. A coat spray was 'Worn. '
