OVERBOARD UNNOTICED
SINGAPORE, February 8. James Miller, an apprentice on the Blue Funnel steamer Dolius, had a remarkable escape from drowning when the steamer was entering Singapore Harbour today. Having: fallen into the water through overbalancing when sitting on a rail and his plight not having been noticed' by. anyone on board, Miller had to swim for his life to an island in the vicinity.
