CARTERTON PROTEST

CARTERTON, This Day. At a public meeting in Carterton on Monday evening, convened for the purpose of discussing tho administration, of unemployment relief, ;i resolution was carried emphatically protesting against the differentiation of allocations made to Carterton relief workers as against those in other centres, and asking for the immediate resumption of full allocations as laid down by the Unemployment Act. A deputation was appointed to interview tho Unemployment Board.
