GAMING HOUSE KEEPER

AUCKLAND, This Day.
As a sequel to :the gaming house laid and fines imposed yesterday, Henry Clifton Sallery surrendered himself this morning, and 'later appeared in the Police Court pleading guilty to' the charge of keeping premises in the city, aa a common gaming house.
The police said that Sallery was fined £•100 last August and also was paying £210, the total fines imposed on three persons yesterday.
"Don't think I- will be able to fine you again," said the magistrate, Mr. Hunt. "However, this, time I will fine you £100."
