Buying' ...... -4.02 4.03 409 Selling ....... 3.82 3.83 3.89 United States rates on 24th January were: Buying, 3.45d015; selling, 3.20d015. The rates quoted are for tl{e conversion of dollars into English currency or English currency into dollars. Exchange is charged or allowed on drafts or bills' drawn in dollars in the same way as if drawn in English currency.
