LONDON, 27th January. 'A* claim for £37,000,000, the second; largest ever before British Courts* brought by preference stock-holders against the Grand Trunk and Canadian National Eailways, was dismissed ia the Chancery Division. - .
Mr. Justice Luxmore held that th 4 Court had no jurisdiction.
