LONDON, 27th January. ' Influenza is still spreading ia Biw tain. Last week's deaths numbered, 1589. , Many other European countries, ar9 experiencing the epidemic, but none bo seriously as Britain, which had 1041 deaths in the week ended 14th January; out of the world-wide total of 3000. It is now estimated from 10 to 15 per cent, of the whole adult popular tion is down with influenza.
