RONGOTAI TENNIS CLUB
The annual meeting o£ the Rongotai lennis Club took place recently. The financial statement showed a credit balance of £2 5s Sd on the season's -worknig.
The following officers xvere elected:— President, Mr. L. Bowden; vice-presidents, Mrs. R. E. Bowden, Messrs. R. E. BowdeD, and ]£. Moss; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. C. J. Paddy; hon. auditor, Mr. N StuiToek; club captain, Mr. R. F. Lochore: vice-captain, Mr. R. Howatson: delegate to W.L.T.A., Mr. R. F. Lochore; selection committee, Messrs. C. J. Paddy, R. F. Lochore, and E. Howatson; general and social committee, Mrs. Scott and Miss Hargreaves; afternoon tea committee, Misses Sturrock, Hargreaves, and Bowden.
The opening day was fixed for 17th September.
