COLLEGE OLD GIRLS

The Pharmacy Hall presented a very gay Bpectacle recently, when the Wellington East Girls' College - Old Girls' Association gavo their annual dance. Many old girls of the college were present, which promoted a delightfully " chummy ?'-atmosphere, and dancing was eujoyed to. particularly bright orchestral music. The supper room and tables were artistically decorated in the college colours, and a delectable-supper was served, . The hostesses for the evening were Miss Batham (who wore a frock of wii^e-embossed georgette)i Mrs; F. Holdsworth (black georgette arid laco), Miss E. M, Collins (mauve georgette), and Mrs.,W,. White, (black chlSon velvet). Each hostess was. presented with: a shoulder spray,of flowers upon :her arrival.
