RUGBY FOOTBALL
TO-MORROW'S ■ ATTRACTIONS,
In order to meet the needs' of those Athletic Park patrons who desire to listen-in to-morrow to the third Test at Sydney, the senior A grade Rugby football match at Athletic Park is to coriimence at 2.30 p.m. It is expected that Eastbourne and University, the teams engaged at Athletic Park to-morr<y*, will provide one of the brightest displays seen this season. Both teams are in good form, and now that University have their five-eighths Isack again there should be improved combination by the backs. In- the first round University sprung a surprise by defeating Eastbourne, and this fact lends added interest to the second meeting between the tearris,- with ■ University eager to demonstrate that their' previous success^ was -no fluke, and Eastboutne equally as'keen to turn'the tables and remain strong contenders for championship honours. A good sample of Eastbourne's present form was given last Saturday, when they accounted For the defeat of' the'championship leaders, POneke, who will be/meeting Athletic on Newtown Park. In this game, too, there should be much football of-an exhilarating order, •' especjally, as Athletic have been giving a particularly good account of themI selves of late.
