HAMILTON, This Day.

Bearing flags and banners, between 500 and 600 miners and unemployed greeted five men who returned to Euntly to-day after serving sentences of imprisonment at Auckland for participation in a..,, raid on a Huntly store recently.- Singing the "Red Flag," the demonstrators marched to the residence of the Mayor and presented him with the following resolution:— "This mass demonstration of miners, unemployed, and citizens of Huntly re- . asters an emphatic protest against injustice to class war prisoners and demands their immediate release; also tfiat a strong protest be entered against the suppression of working-class papers and literature." .
