TEXT ISSUED
IRISH OATH BILL REPUDIATION OF TREATY LONDON, 23rd April.. •The text of Mr. de Valera's Oath Removal Bill, introduced in the Dail Eireann, has been issued. The second clause "reads: ".Section 2 of the Constitutionals hereby repealed." This is the section which gives force •of law to the Treaty with Britain. The "Morning Post's" correspondent at Dublin understands that Mr. de Valera's decision thus to repudiate the whole Treaty was reached after ho had been warned by Ms legal advisers that if section 2 were not repealed there would be danger' of the Oath Bill being challenged in. the Courts on the ground that it was repugnant to the Treaty and consequently void.
