EXTRA REVENUE NEEDED
' (By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.")
DTJNEDIN, 16th February.

It was recognised, he said, that the change to twopence had reduced letterwriting by private individuals, and caused business firms to adopt personal delivery instead of posting, but the revenues must be maintained as far as possible.
