ELECTION OF OFFICERS

PASMEBSTON N.1, 16th February.

The election of officers of the New Zealand Master "Bakers and Pastrycooks' Association.for the ensuing year resulted to-day-as follows: —

President, Mr. G. A. Laiirenson (Dunedin)'; vice-presidents, Messrs.. T. Smith (Stratford) and L. A. Woodward (Christchurch); the executive, with headquarters at Auckland, was rb-eleet-ed in toto; auditor, Mr. W. A. Lee .(Auckland).

It was decided to hold the next annual convention at Dunedin.

The conference decided that a subcommittee consisting of Messrs. D. Dustin, H. P. Burton, and T. Smith be appointed to frame a, statement regarding additional burdens placed upon the industry by the provisions of the new award. , .
