WASHINGTON, 6th February The French proposal at the Geneva Conference for an international police force was denounced by Senator Borah, chairman of the Foreign Eelations Committee, as an attempt to fasten a "straight-jacket" on Europe. He added that no such proposition would be entertained by any considerable number of Governments.
