GENEVA, 7th February. i ranee's contribution to the' international force in the event of a conflict outside Europe would be a mixed brigado comprising infantry, cavalry, mechanical equipment, artillery, a light naval division, a mixed group of aircraft, munitions, material, and equipment without personnel. For a conflict within Europe France would provide an army division, a naval division, a mixed group of aircraft, munitions, and material without personnel. •
