Foreign as well .is British railways ; are co-operating in the Concessions, which include reductions of -2j per cent, on German, Polish, and Turkish? railways; .reductions of 25 per cent, and 33^ 1-3 per ceiit. on the steamship fares from the principal North European ports; also large reductions on the British and Continental air lines.
