The Gisborne Harbour Board has notlfl«d the Marine Department that the light buoy marking Temoana Rock in Gisborne Roadstead will be withdrawn for overhaul on or about 2oth January, and temporarily replaced by, an unlighted buoy. A notice to mariners to this effect • will be published in this week's issue of "The New Zealand Gazette," and a further notice issued when the light buoy,is reestablished. ' The Mount Victoria Signal Station in Auckland. Harbour has been discontinued, advice to that effect being contained in a notice to mariners in "The Gazette."
