EXHAUSTED IN MOUNTAIN PASS

- £By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. A tragedy is believed to have overtaken a camping party on the Harman Pass, in the main alpine divide. . A message received from Bealey stated that one of the campers, named Smith, is dead, and another named Robbins had wandered from camp and was missing, and there was little hope that he would be found alive. The third member, whose name is Loney,' is safe. , A search party left Bealey this morning- with pack horses and food. The three men are believed to be Canterbury school teachers, but the news available is meagre.
