CERTAIN RESERVATIONS
CABINET IN FAVOUR
United Press Association—By Electric Tcloeraph Copyricht LONDON, 12th January. The "Daily Express" says that the Cabinet has completed its report, which is beli&ved to be in favour of a general tariff, with reservations in connection with agriculture, iron, and steel, though not excluding selective duties associated with these industries. The Government probably will introduce a Bill to establish a tariff commission before the Budget is brought down.
