BRINSMEAD"S CONDITION
'(Received 2nd January, 9 a.m.) •■■ SINGAPORE, 31st December. Colonel Brinsmead's condition is still serious. He is partially paralysed and unable to speak, but occasionally is able to scribble answers to questions, which at most times he is able to understand It is believed that the report of tha committee which investigated the accident has been completed.
