.Mr. Cleary remains sole Eailway Commissioner for New South Wales, his two colleagues, Messrs. Brain and Forstfer, having completed . the period for which they were appointed. The Premier, Mr. J. T. Lang, has decided not to fill the vacancies, and will introduce legislation abolishing the Bailway Commission. .
