ROYAL SURVEY, CASE

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day.

In the Supreme Court, a writ on behalf of a jockey, L. H. Watson, who was disqualified for life after an inquiry into the Royal Survey case at Pukokohe, has been issued against the Auckland District Committee of the New Zealand Racing Conference. A declaration for the removal of the disqualification is sought, also a declaration setting aside tho decision that Watson was guilty of corrupt and fraudulent practice, with an injunction against the committee and £1000 damages.
