A SMALLER PARLIAMENT
"Are you in favour of a reduction in the number of members of Parliament, in both the Lower and Upper Houses?" was a question asked of Mr, G. A. Troup, the Coalition candidate for Wellington North, last evening. "I am inclined to think that a smaller House would give better results," replied Mr. Troup, "and if any proposals in that regard came beforo the House they would have my support, if I am returned."
