LONDON, 30th October. Commenting on the election results newspapers draw attention to the Conservative successes at places where there is heavy unemployment. They instanco Burnley, where Mr. Arthur Henderson was beaten decisively, and where -33.7 of the electorate is unemployed. Similarly, Blackpool returned two Conservatives in the places of Labour members, though -18.7'0f the electorate is unemployed. . j
