Mrs. Bernard Wood, Herctaunga, will visit Chrislchurch for Cup Week. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Levin aro visitor.s to Paimerston North for the week-end. Mis. N. S. Lawn, Wellington, is visiting Hawera. Mr. and Mrs. V. W. Granger '(Wellington) and Mrs. Holland, Reid (Wanganui) arc visiting Pa tea. Mrs. W. B. Tavcrner has .returned, from the South, and is staying at Caulficld House. Miss Halmai Loughnan, Christchurch, will be the guest of Mrs. Bernard AVood at Heretaunga for the golf tournament. Mrs. Brian Todd, Feudalton, is the guest of Miss Sheila Todd, Wellington. Miss Egidia Mcnzies, Timaru, has arrived in Wellington for a visit. Mr. and Mrs. Bertram Knight have returned to Wellington from Christchurch.1' ' Miss Eileen Courtenay, Wellington, who is visiting Christehurcli, will go to Akaroa for a visit before returning North. Mr. and Mrs. D. Markhain and Mr. and Mrs. A. V. Pcarco are Wellington visitors to Christchurch. Mrs. Beardsall, Wellington, is paying a visit to Christchurch. Commander and Mrs. Crutchley, who have been in Auckland, are now visiting Christchureh. Miss Phyllis Stewart, Hataitai, is visiting her aunt, Mrs. L. Griffiths, Hamilton. Dr. and Mrs. Norman-Jones, Lower Hutt, wi^l leave London on their return voyage to New Zealand on 10th November, via America. Their daughter Dorothy, who has been successful with her studios at Cambridge, will return latei> after her final examination in March. ■■ ■
